Free Delivery for orders over £15.00 (under weight of 3kg). Over 3kg at £3.49
Orders under £15.00, at £3.49 for P+P (under weight of 3kg). UK only. Over 3kg*
*If your final order weight is above those specified above then we will contact you to agree the rate of postage to be charged and we will invoice you for the additional payment prior to dispatch. Any increase in postage charges will be agreed with you prior to dispatch. If we need to make an additional postal charge and it is unacceptable to you then a full refund will be given immediately.
Our Shipping Charges - The Changes
From April 1st 2018, we will be taking payment for goods and shipping as your order is placed. Shipping charges will be based upon the value of order. Tarrifs and examples are shown on both domestic and worldwide delivery pages. Changing to prepaid shipping offers our customers the following benefits:
- Orders dispatched earlier
- Upfront delivery costs
- Simpler ordering process
- Please note that some bulky items, such as gift sets may incur extra shipping costs after your order is placed.
- If you require a quote for a bulk order of specific products, then please contact us for a quote.
Damaged Goods: All parcels leave our warehouse in pristine condition. In the rare case that a box arrives damaged, please sign for it as damaged, photograph the box while the delivery driver is there and forward the photos to us via email as soon as possible. miwish@miwish.uk

Returns: Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from We at MiWish.uk are committed to making sure you the customer receive the best possible service and great quality products at discounted prices.. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.
The original shipping and handling cost for the order is NON-refundable!
Sale, clearance or end of line items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product, as the item has been reduced in price to clear.
You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned and obtain a return code. You will then be requested to return the goods by 1st class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods.
-Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time.
-Please return all items stated to the address on your invoice along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
-Confirmation of returned goods will be sent and the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
-These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
-It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.
Cancellation of Orders: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order by notifying us as soon as possible. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.
