-How do I place an order?
Simply add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will then be given the choice to create an account or continue as a guest. We recommend creating an account, so that you can track your order progress, check on previous orders, receive special offers, etc.
-What is your minimum order?
We have no minimum order requirement. We offer free delivery for all UK orders over £15.00 (UK mainland only). Customers outside of UK and Europe, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
-What is your dispatch and delivery timescale?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note we do not process orders on weekends. UK delivery we use is Royal Mail Plc.
-Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please contact us.
-I am not happy with my order - what can I do?
If you would like to return your order to us, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Please see our T&C's page. Just let us know what you want to return. We will then refund you once the goods have been received in satisfactory condition, with the cost of postage.
